Prasanna Krishnan

“Am Prasanna Krishnan. I have done Mtech in Food Science and Technology. Am a Gold medalist of my batch. As part of my master’s program I did my industrial training in Nestle Confectionery factory, Usgao, Ponda, Goa. After my PG, I worked as Production officer and Quality officer. I always wanted to do something in my own field as a food technologist and always I have a dream to employ women in my company because no one knows Food better than a woman. With the support of my husband and In laws I started this firm “”Sanav Food Products”” with the brand name “”SPICE FARM”” . This is a partnership based company started by me and my husband. Now we are having a turnover of around 25 lakhs per annum. My future goal is to do a start up factory in Goa with the help of some government schemes provided for women and so that I can create employment for many more food technologists in goa as well as many more women in Goa.”
