Custom/Made-to-Order Items: May require additional processing time, which will be communicated during purchase.

Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days, where available.
International Shipping: Timelines vary by country and customs clearance. Details are shared before dispatch.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Shipping Charges
Within India:
Free shipping for orders above ₹[1000].
Orders below the threshold may attract a nominal fee, displayed at checkout.
International Orders:
Charges are based on destination, weight, and carrier rates and will be shown before payment.
- Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment in real time.
- Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
GoWomania LLP is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate addresses.
If an order is returned to us for this reason, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Damaged or Lost Packages

We will investigate with our logistics partners and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To qualify, you must:

Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories—such as personal-care items, perishable goods, custom-made products, or digital downloads—cannot be returned unless received in a defective or damaged condition.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer after confirming your account details.
